Since school was not in session on Earth Day, several of our elementary classes used the good weather yesterday as an opportunity to help clean their environment. Working together, our students were able to pick up more than 50 pounds of litter from around the school grounds!

The gym parking lot and the loop will be closed on Monday, May 12, and Tuesday, May 13. Parking for staff and students is available up Tubman Street along the football field road, behind the school on 1st Street, the empty lot next to the old bus barn, the parking lot by the swings and by the maintenance (Hyatt) house. Buses will be loading and unloading on the north side of the building by Ms. Wilson's classroom. The sidewalks into the front office will still be accessible.
