OTHER ANNOUNCEMENTS:

  • Congratulations to Kaiden Holmes and Carly Robertus for being nominated by 7-12 teachers for Western Cooperative Credit Union's Star Student Award Program! Each month, staff nominates high school and junior high students for this award based on academic excellence and extra-curricular activities.

  • It is February, Bulldogs, and that means it's time for a new character trait.  This month's trait is honesty.  Honesty is being truthful in what we say and do.  Let’s think about that. Being truthful in what we say can mean that we tell the truth. What about being truthful in what we do? That could mean following through with things that you say you will do (like keeping a promise) or it could also mean simply being your true self. Laura Ingall Wilder, an influential children’s authors in American history, once said, “The real things haven't changed. It is still best to be honest and truthful; to make the most of what we have; to be happy with simple pleasures; and have courage when things go wrong.”
